Refund policy
All sales are final. We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or is the wrong item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us within 15 days of original purchase at customercare@aaronjudgeALLRISEFoundation.org to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition it was purchased and/or received. The item must be unworn, unused and be in the original packaging. Additionally you must provide ALL RISE with a receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to return the item, and pay for the new item to be shipped. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and inform you if the refund was approved.

When you request an exchange by contacting customercare@aaronjudgeALLRISEFoundation.org and you receive approval for the exchange, you will receive instructions to complete the process.
We will do our best to promptly evaluate the issue and ensure you are provided with a proper solution. Please allow three business days.
